This product is long overdue. It has been known for decades that our oceans ecosystems are damaged by metal such as copper which is a large component of antifouling paint. Reef systems are especially sensitive to metals in paint. Now that their is an alternative to harmful paints, our choice to purchase e-friendly products will encourage more research and improved products for boats and the ocean.

  • Lower levels of copper
  • Less galvanic corrosion
  • Some paints approved by regulatory agencies
  • May perform better than typical products
  • New legislation outlawing copper in marine paint
  • Boatyards are making the transition
  • Safer for our oceans reef systems

"It works better than other purportedly high-test/high dollar antifouling paints I have used and the many observed during 53 years owning and operating boats personally and professionally.  Because of known losses of all fisheries, reported widely by science and observed even more widely by all who fish or eat seafood, I can not understand why any individual owner, team, corporation or government is not using e-paint.  While the goal to manage marine fouling without contributing to environmental degradation would seem to be a contradiction, e-paint has done it.  Well done!  What else could one ask for?  I highly recommend it."

"simple to use and can be put on months in advance to putting her in the water. Makes for a very finished look, hope it holds up as advertised. "
